Colin from 1simple has been maintaining our website for almost 8 years. He has done an awesome job. He has always been very diligent in giving us exactly what we needed, even when we did not have a clue what we wanted. We have 2 restaurants in California and I couldn’t find anyone out here to match his rates in the UK.

We were introduced to Ceri by a much respected friend and consequently simply put our business and ambitions in his hands. That was the best ‘gamble’ we could ever have taken.
From the very beginning, of what is now a long standing relationship, Ceri has inspired us, ‘pushed us’, nagged us and without his intense concentration of ‘thinking outside the box’ we would not be in the position we are now.
He constantly worries about the website, suggesting alterations, new concepts, (we now have a News Page and a Facebook page!), wording changes, anything to push up our ratings.
We are now the No.1 Guest House in Abergavenny with a Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence. Obviously this is not without effort on our part to please our Guests but would we have had the Guests without Ceri? Chicken and Egg situation!
He understands that we are total luddites and simply takes over any trivial suggestions we may make and turns them round until they have a professional finish. All this within 24 hours! We could not do that to save our lives!!!!!
